BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 med. red potatoes, boiled and diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green chopped, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento
4 slices bread cubed
2 sticks butter, cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
