BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, cooked with peeling on
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 lb. bacon (not crisp)
1/2 c. chopped onions
Salt to taste
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives

Boil potatoes 10 minutes, peel and cube. Add cubed cheese, Miracle Whip and onion, olives and bacon. Mix well. Bake at 500 degrees for 1 hour. Bake uncovered. NOTE: I always use 1 pound bacon and 3/4 cup olives, chopped. Serves 8.
