BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, cubed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 lb. bacon (not crisp)
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt to taste
1/4 to 1/2 chopped stuffed olives

Boil potatoes 15 minutes, peel and cube them. Add cheese to potatoes. Add Miracle Whip and onion. Mix together and put in a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with bacon and olives. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Bake uncovered. Serves 8.
