FINGER JELLO 
3 (3 oz.) pkg. flavored gelatin
4 pkg. of Knox unflavored gelatin
4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve flavored gelatin; add Knox and stir well until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into container and put in refrigerator until firm. Use different cookie cutter shapes for cutting.
