CURRIED FRUIT MEDLEY 
Exotically different, a delightful conclusion for a company dinner.

1 (#2 or #303) can pear halves
1 (#2 or #303) can peach halves
1 (#2 or #303) can pineapple slices
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Drain fruit well; arrange in a 2-quart baking dish. Melt butter; add sugar, curry powder and salt. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over fruit. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. You will find sour cream is just right with this fruit.
