CHICKEN AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. diced cooked chicken (or more) 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 (4 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts 2 tbsp. chopped onion or more 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup 1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, cooked according to directions 2 tbsp. chopped pimento Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be frozen and baked later. Makes 2 small casseroles or 1 large casserole. |
