3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
1 c. sugar
12 soda crackers
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. pecans, broken
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients. Pour into greased pie pan.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Top with sliced peaches (treat the peaches with Fruit Fresh to preserve color), then with whipped cream.
