1 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees, then cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix well, pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Ice with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, refrigerate if you can wait that long - yum, yum!
