APPLE COBBLER 
4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (10 count) can refrigerated biscuits
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine lemon juice, marshmallows, cinnamon, cornstarch and water in a glass 8 or 9-inch pan and microwave with frequent stirring until marshmallows are melted and mixture is thickened. Stir apples into this mixture and pat down mixture evenly in pan.

Separate each biscuit into 2 layers. Dip 1 side of each into butter and overlap with butter side up in rows over apple mixture. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
