SWEDISH APPLE COBBLER 
8 cooking apples, peeled and sliced (more, if sm.)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. water (delete if apples are juicy)
1/4 c. sugar (if apples are tart)

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. soft butter

1. Gently mix and place apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, water and sugar in 8x12 or 9x13 inch pan.

2. Prepare topping; cut butter into flour and sugar

3. Top apple mixture with topping mixture; sprinkle on additional pinch of cinnamon on topping for garnish.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
