TORTELLINI SALAD | |
1 lb. pkg. cheese tortellini 1/4 lb. ham, 1/4 inch thick slice 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, 1/4 inch thick slice 1 green scallion, chopped 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1 lg. bottle HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing Cook tortellini as package directs and drain. Cook peas al dente. Cut ham and Swiss into julienne slices. Chop scallion. Add all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and blend gently. Cool 2 hours. |
