GRILLED VEAL CHOPS WITH RED PEPPER CHUTNEY | |
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice 1/4 c. olive oil 2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme 2 tbsp. minced shallot 1 garlic clove, minced 4 veal chops, 1 inch thick Mix first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Place veal in shallow dish. Pour marinade over. Turn to coat. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Prepare barbecue (medium high heat). Remove veal from marinade. Season veal with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer to plate. Top with chutney and serve. |
