HAM, RICE, AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped cooked ham
2 c. rice, cooked
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Use an 8 x 8 baking dish. Put half the rice in bottom of dish, then put half the ham and 3/4 cup cheese. Add the rest of the rice, ham, and cheese.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
