CASHEW COLE SLAW 
1-3 oz. pkg. ramen noodles broken into pieces
10 oz. cashew pieces
16 oz. cole slaw mix or 1 head chopped cabbage
chopped green or regular onions (optional)
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix all together and refrigerate.
