WEDDING SOUP 
Chicken parts, cleaned
Onion
Carrots
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 jar bouillon (chicken granules)
1 can College Inn chicken soup
12 oz. can tomato juice
2 boxes spinach (frozen)

MEATBALLS:

Hamburger
Sausage
Parsley
Oregano
Garlic salt
Egg

Cook chicken until tender. Save broth. Remove bones. Add to broth whole onion (cleaned - will be removed after). Cleaned carrots, parsley, bouillon, 12 ounce can tomato juice, College Inn soup. Let simmer for a while. Remove onion. Add clean chicken, meatballs and spinach. Mmmm - enjoy!
