CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk with 1 tsp. lemon added
2 3/4 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Mix butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk; mix. Add dry ingredients and beat well. Stir in grated zucchini.

Grease 13x9 pan. Pour in batter. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes. When cool, frost with the following ingredients whipped together: 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla

Sprinkle top of frosted cake with additional mini chips if desired. A good way to use zucchini from your garden.
