8 c. zucchini
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 sticks butter

Cook first 4 ingredients on top of stove until tender. Blend next 3 ingredients as pie dough. Put 1/2 flour mixture in 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Put zucchini mixture on top of this and then add remaining flour mixture. Bake 45 minutes more at 350 degrees.
