DOUBLE CHOCOLATE FANTASY BARS 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

In large bowl, beat cake mix, oil and egg until crumbly. Add nuts. Reserving 1 1/2 cups crumbs press remainder of mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan.

In small saucepan combine remaining ingredients over medium heat, cook and stir until chips melt. Pour evenly over crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly. Cool and cut.
