TATO TACO CASSEROLE 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
8 oz. carton sour cream
2/3 c. water

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. slightly crushed tortilla chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingredients. Press into 1 1/2 quart oval casserole dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in taco sauce, heat through. Combine meat mixture with cheese and spread over baked crust. Arrange lettuce and tomato on top of beef mixture around outside edge. Sprinkle chips over lettuce and tomato. Serve with additional taco sauce, if desired. 4 to 6 servings.
