CHOW CHOW 
1 qt. sm. cucumbers, diced
1 qt. green beans
1 qt. yellow wax beans
1 qt. lima beans
1 qt. corn
1 qt. carrots
1 pt. celery
1 pt. green pepper
1 pt. red pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 sm. head cauliflower
2 med. cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. turmeric
1 qt. vinegar
1 pt. water

Chop vegetable and cook separately except for cucumbers. Add salt to vegetables while cooking. Cook until tender but not soft. Drain vegetables, but rinse with cold water. Mix with cucumbers. Add remaining ingredients. Pack in jars and cold pack, 15-20 minutes.
