STRAWBERRY JELLO 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, don't drain
2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add strawberries and applesauce. When set top with whipped cream and a thin layer of sour cream.
