FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf unsliced French bread
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Cut bread into 3/4 to 1 inch thick slices. Arrange in sided pan. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt, almond and vanilla. Pour over bread. Turn slices to coat bread. Refrigerate overnight. Melt butter in skillet. Brown slices about 4 minutes on each side. Can bake in 500 degree oven on a greased cookie sheet for 8 minutes on each side.
