RAW VEGETABLE DIP 
2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Chill several hours before serving. Store in glass jar with lid.

Serve dip with any of these raw vegetables cut in bite size or finger food size pieces. Perfect addition to any buffet table from brunch through evening parties. Serve with broccoli, bok choy, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, celery, green peppers, jicama, radishes, cherry tomatoes, turnips, rutabagas, zucchini, green onions, or mushrooms. Choose a variety of vegetables for both color and texture.
