CINNAMON ORANGE CIDER 
4 cups apple cider
2 cups orange juice
3 tbsp. red hot candies
1 1/2 tsp. whole allspice
4 1/2 tsp. honey

In a large saucepan, combine the cider, orange juice and candies.

Place the allspice on a thick cheese cloth. Bring up corners of the cloth and tie with strings to form a bag. Add to pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes more until flavors are blended.

Discard spice bag; stir in honey. Transfer to a small slow cooker; keep warm over low heat.

Makes about 6 cups.
