STRAWBERRY SWIRL SALAD 
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. milk

Sprinkle sugar over berries and let stand 30 minutes, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain berries, add water to juice to make 1 cup. Add Jello mixture, chill until partially set. Combine marshmallows and milk in saucepan and heat, stirring until marshmallows melt. Whip cream. Fold into cool marshmallow mixture. Add berries to gelatin. Swirl marshmallow mixture. Spoon into pan. Chill until firm.
