POP CHICKEN 
6 oz. skinned chicken for each serving
Diet cola
Sliced green pepper
Sliced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
1 1/2 tbsp. BBQ sauce for each serving

Place chicken parts in skillet. Put spices and vegetables on top. Pour diet cola over all to depth of 1 1/2 inches. Cover and simmer over medium heat 15-20 minutes. (Yes, this is correct.) Add BBQ sauce and cook 5 minutes. Remove chicken and cover sauce, cooking until liquid thickens slightly.
