SWEDISH NUT CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
20 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy; mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour in 9"x13" pan, greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and add icing, if desired. (Tastes best with cream cheese or butter cream icing.)
