CRAZY CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. salad oil
2 c. cold water

Put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir with a spoon. Add all other ingredients and beat until smooth (about 2 minutes). Pour into greased 13x9 inch rectangular pan or 2 square pans or 2 round pans. Makes excellent cupcakes, too. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
