SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
3 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. pork cut 1 inch pieces
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks in own juice
Rice

Cook rice. Melt butter in 10 inch skillet; add pork and garlic. Cook until pork is brown on all sides. Stir in onion, pepper, pineapple and its liquid, honey, soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer over low heat 10 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in water, stir into liquid in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until shiny and thickened. Serve over rice.
