GERMAN CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
4 egg yolks
2 pt. blueberries

Grease 11 x 15 inch pan. Cream butter and sugar together. Gradually add in flour. Press with hand into bottom of pan, building up along sides. Beat well cottage cheese and sour cream. Beat egg and add to cheese mixture. Fold in blueberries. Pour cheese mixture onto crust and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
