SPICY PEACH JAM | |
4 c. finely chopped peaches 1 pkg. sure jell 3 tbsp. lemon juice 5 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. allspice 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg Mix peaches, sure jell and lemon juice in a large thick pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat and skim foam off the surface. Add spices. Stir to blend. Pour into sterile jars and seal. |
