MOCK PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. Grape Nuts
1/2 c. warm water
3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine cereal and water; let stand until water is absorbed. Meanwhile, blend eggs with sugar. Add syrup, butter, vanilla and salt. Fold in softened cereal. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filing is puffed completely across top. Cool!
