MELT AWAY ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
1 package Angel food mix (white or chocolate chip) Cut baked cake into three layers.

FILLING AND FROSTING:

1/2 lb. sweet butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate melted
5 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
5 egg whites beaten stiff

Cream butter and sugar. Add chocolate, beat in one egg yolk at a time. Add vanilla, beat thoroughly. Fold in egg whites. Spread on each layer as well as outside of cake. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. For easy slicing, remove from refrigerator at least 1/2 to 1 hour before serving.
