BEAN DIP 
1 lg. can refried beans
1 sm. onion, chopped finely
12 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2 to 4 tbsp. taco seasoning
8 to 10 drops of Tabasco
1 lg. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Use hand mixer and combine all ingredients "except" half the Cheddar cheese. Spray an oven safe casserole (large) with a little cooking spray. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese on top melts and casserole is heated through (approximately 20 minutes). Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
