LOW CALORIE PIE 
1 1/2 oz. crispy rice cereal
4 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 sm. box (diet) instant chocolate pudding
2 c. skim milk
1 med. banana (thinly sliced)

Mix peanut butter and honey. Heat in microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir in cereal. Press mixture into bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Chill.

Prepare pudding. Place banana slices evenly over crust. Spread pudding over bananas. Chill. 4 servings. Cut pie in quarters. Each serving counts as 1/2 fruit serving, 1 milk serving, 1 protein serving, 1 fat serving, 1/2 bread serving. Great to eat while dieting or anytime!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
