CHICKEN & RICE RECIPE 
1 can each cream of chicken, celery & mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry
1 stick butter

Melt butter and mix with soup and sherry. Add 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice to 1 cup of mixture. Spread over bottom of dish. Place chicken breasts on top and spread remaining mixture over chicken. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika over top. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
