CHEESE BAKED BEANS 
1 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter
2 (1 lb. 2 oz.) cans baked beans
1/2 c. catsup
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute chopped onion and green pepper in butter, add beans, catsup and cheese. Bake in a 2-quart casserole about 30 minutes until bubbly.
