JUDY'S GOURMET ENTREE 
8 chicken breasts
2 sm. cartons sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. juice glass size dried beef
Butter
Bacon

Debone breasts and remove skins. Beat out flat; salt and pepper to taste. Put square of butter in center, roll up with one piece of bacon and fasten with toothpick. Line baking dish with dried beef. Put in breasts and cover with sour cream and soup. Let stand at least 3 hours before baking, then bake for 3 hours at 275 degrees, covered.
