CARAWAY SKILLET SLAW 
4 slices bacon
1 1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. cabbage
1 tsp. caraway seed

In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon, drain, crumble, measure 1/4 bacon drippings and return to skillet. Add vinegar, onion, brown sugar and salt. Heat thoroughly. Add cabbage and caraway seed to skillet. Toss together, top with bacon. This is best if made just before serving. Do not use iron skillet.
