ORANGE BOW KNOT ROLLS 
1 1/4 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Combine and cool to lukewarm. Add 1 package yeast. Add and beat thoroughly: 1/4 c. orange juice 5 c. flour Some grated orange peel

Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Knead on floured board. Place in greased bowl and let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 2 hours. Punch down and roll dough a half inch thick. Cut into strips about 8 inches long and tie in 1 bow or knot. Arrange on baking sheet; cover and let rise until doubled in size. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes or less. 1 tsp. orange peel 1 c. powdered sugar

Blend all ingredients. Spread as a topping.
