CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. vegetable shortening
1/3 c. honey
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. milk, scalded
5 1/2 to 6 c. flour
2 c. oats

FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter, melted

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
