COLD RASPBERRY SOUP 
3 pkgs. frozen raspberries

Run these through a blender and then add the juice of one lemon and 2 cups of heavy cream. You can force mixture through a sieve to remove seeds, or serve as made. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Chill and serve cold (with whipped cream or sour cream, as desired).

The same recipe can be used for apricot soup, but add cinnamon and nutmeg. Dried apricots can be used if they are soaked in hot water for at least 1/2 hour.
