8 tsp. instant tea
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 container Crystal Light lemon
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix all dry ingredients together. To serve put 1 heaping teaspoonful in a coffee mug and add boiling water. Enjoy!
