TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
3 to 4 lbs.chicken

MARINADE:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger powder
1/2 tsp. MSG
3/4 c. soy sauce (prefer Aloha Brand)
3/4 c. water

Mix above ingredients and marinate for 1/2 hour. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn and bake additional 30 minutes. Serves 4.
