BONNIE ROGERS CHICKEN ON SUNDAY 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice with herbs
1 c. milk
1 frying chicken
1 c. celery soup
1 c. mushroom soup
1 env. dried onion soup

Grease an 8 x 13 inch baking pan and sprinkle rice over bottom. Heat soups with the cup of milk. Pour over dry rice. Lay cut up chicken over this. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Seal the pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Uncover for the last 1/2 hour of cooking.
