MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion (chopped) 1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 c. milk 1 doz. corn tortillas (torn into pieces) 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated Brown meat and onions in skillet; drain fat. Mix soups, milk and taco seasoning together and add to meat. In a casserole, place a layer of tortilla pieces, then a layer of meat mixture and a layer of grated cheese. Alternate layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
