BUTTER CRUNCH SUNDAE TOPPING 
4 c. oats, uncooked
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 c. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together until crumbly, place in a shallow pan. Place in preheated oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Cool 15 minutes, then toss lightly with a fork to form crumbs.

Store in covered jar in refrigerator; stir with fork before using, serve as a topping on ice cream, pudding or coffee cakes. Makes 5 cups.
