2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. chopped onion
Crumbled saltines (approx. 2 c.)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 c. water
1 can tomatoes, chopped with juice
2 tbsp. sugar
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. catsup

Mix ground beef, eggs and onion and saltines together and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Mix 1/2 of the soup mixture with ground beef. Form into balls and place in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over meat loaves. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
