1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/4 c. butter
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding
1 c. powdered sugar

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish with 1/2 package crushed Oreos. Mix butter, sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip thoroughly. Set aside. Mix pudding and milk. Add to Cool Whip mixture; blend well. Pour over crushed Oreos. Top with remaining crushed Oreos. Chill and serve.
