TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 to 6 lg. baking potatoes
Salt to taste
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. chives
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. sour cream

Ingredients vary according to pounds of potatoes. Go according to taste. Bake potatoes as usual. Cut potatoes down the middle being careful not to cut in 1/2 or to far down on the sides.

Carefully scoop insides out and put in mixing bowl along with the rest of the ingredients except cheese. Mix together and restuff the potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
